1. Job selection & Application

As a proud part of the BMW Group, you can find our open positions on the BMW Group Careers page.If you haven’t already, create your profile, fill out the application forms and upload your files. Once everything’s finished uploading you’ll receive an automatic email confirmation. You can find also open positions as well as Alphabet employer profile on job board Pracuj.pl

2. Selection process

If you fulfill the required criteria, we will get back to you in order to get to know you better. Our selection process includes one or more interviews depending on the position. In some cases, a telephone interview takes place prior to the interviw in person. If we end up picking you, and, of course, providing you decide you would like to be part of our Alphabet family, the onboarding process is started.

3. Employment & Onboarding

Have a look at our information brochures and your contact offer and make yourself familiar with your new employer. In case you would like to become part of the Alphabet family sign your contract offer and send it back to us.

4. Your first day at Alphabet

On your first day there will be a welcome meeting with your tam and your line manager in order to welcome you to the family. You will receive yor welcom package and your IT equipment. Now you are all set. Let’s get started and put some great ideas into motion
